Local developers and builders, Kingdom Development Partners (KDP) and Harmon Construction Services, are teaming up with Habitat to create a community of 83 Townhomes–half to be sold at market rates and half to be sold to families in the Habitat for Humanity program. Each membership represents another person committed to the mission of Habitat Charlotte Region through fundraising or volunteering. Every dollar of membership dues is a donation to Habitat Charlotte Region’s mission of providing safe and affordable homeownership.
